This monthly class is tailored toward individuals who work in fields that serve others. Nurses, teachers, mental health professionals, non-profit employees - take some time to care for yourself! Class will begin with a brief discussion on ways yoga and mindfulness can support daily life, with a relaxing physical practice to follow. Time for self reflection at the end will encourage students to take their yoga with them and integrate it as part of a self-care regimen. Donation based and open to all bodies and abilities.
