Coping Skills for Kids

Children ages 6-11 (first through 5th grade students) will meet as a group and through the use of art, movement, and drama we will talk about anxiety and stress in a relaxing environment. I will guide the children in exploring and identifying feelings and stressors. We will discuss a myriad of coping skills and brain storm what others we might be able to use. We will also address unhealthy coping skills and how that effects us differently. Tiffany will accept BCBS, Allegiance, and Medicaid or $20/class. Unfortunately, I will not be able to accept children with extreme behavioral problems due to this being a group class. Email  Tiffany at  before registering to pre-screen for the group. Group limited to 10!
