In the Learn to Live Your Yoga workshops we will be exploring one yama at a time. The yamas are the first of eight limbs of yoga, and they help us ask questions to live a more authentic life. Reflection on the yamas moves us towards a well-rounded yoga practice that supports us on in all of our endeavors-- they aren't meant to replace, but rather to bolster and help us examine, any other belief systems we hold.
A discussion on the specific yama we will be working on that day will be followed by a flow-style yoga class inspired by the topic. The workshop will end with a guided journaling session to reflect on the practice.
Each session will be able to stand alone-- come to one, or come to many!
